The reviews of this place all share a relatively similar theme and I can confirm they’re all true. We walked in and already the chaos ensued when she asked us to stop and sanitise our hands before doing anything. At the time, I didn’t have a problem with sanitising our hands, since it’s Korea, I thought we were just being mindful. You get asked to sit at a specific spot and it’s not clear at all that you need to write down what you want from the menu and drop it off at a specific spot by the counter. Plus the place where she wants you to drop your written order looks like it could be a place where she puts coins? The place is an absolute mess anyway, so you don’t have any idea where things are meant to be, and it doesn’t help that she wants things done a certain way and gets mad at you if it isn’t done the way she expects. The food is fine, nothing to write home about so I don’t understand why people leave all these kind notes on the wall of her food. They’re all probably stressed out being there and feel obliged to write something nice? She ushered us out and what might be the strangest experience ever happens in front of me. A mother and a child were outside the restaurant. The child was sitting on one of her make shift plant trays that looked like a tricycle. The owner loses her mind about it and yells at the mother that her kid shouldn’t be sitting on that, and then the kid starts staring at the owner. The owner then decides to scream at this kid, at full volume! This kid is not even over 4 years old too! Who the hell does this?? I was so lost for words, well and truly the worst experience I’ve had in my life. Find other vegan places in Seoul it’ll be a much better...
Read moreThe lady was extremely rude and hostile to us from the beginning. I wouldn’t bother eating here as the food is mediocre and for the attitude and unwelcomed feeling, it isn’t worth it. We were really excited to try the food as there were a couple of gluten free options and it was vegan friendly which is a little tricky to find when in Seoul. We walked in the restaurant and immediately were given the hand and told not to come in because she was cleaning one of the tables so we patiently waited. Finally after 10mins we were allowed in only after we were rudely spoken to that we needed to sanitise our hands, again fine. We then sat patiently thinking she would come over to take the order but then again were told off for not writing down our order on the ticket placed on the table, which she didn’t tell us. Our partners weren’t too keen on the food so decided to go elsewhere to eat while we enjoyed here. When she saw it was only two people, we were yelled at to “get up, move, sit there” which was for 2 people. The place is small but it was not busy. There was 1 other person when we were there and no one else had come in. If it weren’t from my friend wanting a vegan friendly meal, I would have walked out and left. When we got our food it was tossed to us. My friend then wanted to order a take away as she enjoyed her food for which she was rudely told, “No, I’m too busy. I am having a conversation with this man”, the only other customer there. We were absolutely shocked by the rudeness. I had to get my purse from my backpack so I placed it on the table and was yelled at for it because she would have to re-clean the table.
Don’t come here unless you like being...

Steer clear of this establishment unless you're actively seeking a stressful and unpleasant meal. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was going to be a terrible experience.
The interior is like a restaurant / storage unit, with boxes stacked precariously everywhere – it felt like we'd walked into a DHL depot rather than a place to eat. Adding to the "ambiance" was a computer broadcasting loud Korean news, making any attempt at conversation impossible.
The food itself was utterly forgettable – nothing special to report there, but honestly, the terrible atmosphere and service overshadowed any possibility of enjoying it.
And then there's the "service." The woman who seemed to be doing everything – waiting, cooking, administering, even washing dishes – was incredibly hostile. She seemed to genuinely dislike people, especially tourists, and made no effort to hide her contempt. We were actually screamed at during our visit, which is simply unacceptable in any customer-facing business. It felt like she was utterly exhausted and resentful of every customer who walked through the door.
For anyone with vegan ideals, this place is the antithesis of everything you stand for. The entire experience was antithetical to any notion of a pleasant, mindful, or respectful dining experience.
Save your money and your sanity. There are countless other places in Seoul that offer delicious food and welcoming service. This is not...
