Goryeo Samgyetang Gwanghwamun — Restaurant in Seoul

They have 2018-2023 Michelin guide! The ginseng chicken soup is delicious. I’ve tried a few in Korea and this is the best so far.

The chicken is filled with glutinous rice (fully stuffed) - very good portion of whole chicken, we were full and satisfied!

But I would not order the abalone ginseng chicken. The abalone was not fresh, I took a bite and did not eat the abalone.

Just order their ginseng chicken if you visit. Also, they have this ginseng alcohol.

Some people drink it as it is, but I prefer to put it into my soup (halfway through the meal) it...

This place is Michelin rated restaurant. The best samgyetang I ever had. The chicken is so soft and succulent. It is worth trying once if you happen to go in Gwanghwamun.
