Hongdae Korean BBQ Jeju Special house — Restaurant in Seoul

The environment was clean ✨and the staff was extremely friendly 🥰 and helpful. There was a staff there that can speak one of our languages (Chinese) and was really nice to us 🫶🫶🫶. There was another Korean staff that helped us barbecue the food 😚; cooked and served us stew 😋 (we added noodles 🍜 ). And to top it off, there was a staff that showed my little cousin to the toilet really nicely 🤭 . The service was top notch! Though I can’t say what you may experience as there are many factors that may affect their service such as timing ⏱️ , amount of people they need to serve and if the same staff will still be there by the time you read this review. Overall, my experience here was ok. I arrived with a party of 6 and we were sat quickly with no wait time. The staff was very friendly and they also cooked for us. As for my critiques: there are extremely limited side options here, especially when compared to neighboring barbecue places, which is disappointing when considering the price. The meat quality is a bit below average in my opinion and some of the staff that helped us seemed scatterbrained/inattentive and did affect our experience. Actually, it‘s not easy to find good restaurants in Hongdae, guys. But this place is really delicious, clean, and friendly! First of all, the meat itself uses pigs from Jeju Island, which is also precious in Korea, and you can feel what juice it is.

Most of all, my boss speaks English, so he can communicate comfortably and helps me. Of course, it can be difficult when you are busy, but it’s also experience to do it yourself.
