Ok, steak lovers, buckle up, because there’s the perfect spot for you tucked away in Itaewon: Hue 135! I’m telling y’all… this spot takes dry-aged beef to a whole new level. The mastermind behind the magic is none other than Chef Kim Se-kyung. He has truly knocked it out the park. As soon as you walk in, you're like, "This place is CLASSY!" It’s got that luxurious, Gatsby-like vibe, and it totally fits the dining experience. But the real star of the show here is the food. It’s all in the name: 'Hue 休' means 'rest', and '135 degrees' is apparently the sweet spot for cooking meat. And this is the foundation for the steak here – and they nail it. I’m talking next-level flavor and texture from beef that's been aged for weeks before reaching your plate. The chef grills it all up right there in front of you, which is an awesome touch. The non-meat dishes are also all supurb and insanely creative. Now, it's not exactly budget-friendly, but trust me, the experience is worth every penny. Think of it as splurge -- or the perfect spot for a special meal. So, if you're curious about what dry-aged steak really tastes like and ready for a new culinary adventure, run – don’t walk – to Hue 135.

Newly opened Korean steakhouse. Excellent quality meat that is prepared table side by professional chefs (most graduated CIA). The owner chef is super knowledgeable about aging and preparing beef, and he makes sure to explain each cut in detail and make sure to time according to your speed. Of course the meat is the highlight, but even the appetizers are subtle, light, perfectly seasoned, and pairs well with the steak. A must for meat lovers.

You step in to a wide array of dried aged beef heaven, but wait isn't that usual steakhouse. I found a fusion within Asian cuisine and chalko grilled steak, everything carefully made .The Chef knowledge and charm added the most value to the restaurant which has a great resonance. Interestingly curated drink options, try the mushroom wine , perfect match with the abalone.

High end steak house. Chef is well studied professional who can speak both English and Korean. He explained the finer details on wet ageing versus dry ageing and how different cuts need to be handled to get different flavors. They allow corkage. They have private rooms (only 3 rooms that can seat 6 per room) as well as open format Japanese style bar/food service. Cost is about 180,000KRW per person for a full meal, for heavy...
