Thankfully, she was wearing long pants that day; otherwise, the consequences could have been far worse. It was disconcerting that the staff didn't even notice the accident until we escalated the situation to the manager.

He provided us with his phone number and distributed burnt cream to help soothe my wife's burn. While the manager's response was commendable, it's disheartening that such an incident occurred in the first place due to the staff's negligence.
