Trashy place with trashy service. Meat was subpar, well what can you expect for only 15000 won. Don't even bother. Even the cheap price isn't worth it. You're greeted by rude staff (yes, I'm talking to that mean girl with ponytail and braces, and also the girl who has a scar on her RIGHT eye). I asked for an extra rice and cola, but she looked at me like I was an inconvenience. Like hello??? Do your job!! The staff are so lazy and just sit down and drink. They're also wearing sweat pants, so it seems like this place is run by kids who literally got out of bed. Train your staff to be nicer!!! At least smile a little. It seemed like their fmily died or something with how rude they were. They didn't even take the time to explain where the cutleries were. Will NEVER go here again. Consider yourselves warned. Furthermore, the establishment itself was not clean or comfortable, detracting significantly from the dining experience. This was compounded by a complete absence of service; staff failed to acknowledge or assist us.

If you’re craving authentic Korean BBQ at an affordable price, Ungteori Hongdae is a must-visit! Their unlimited samgyupsal is top-notch — the pork is fresh, juicy, and grilled to perfection. I loved how fast and attentive the staff were, always ready to refill side dishes or switch out the grill.

The variety of banchan (side dishes) was impressive, especially the kimchi and the cheesy corn — absolute favorites! The dipping sauces added a lot of flavor, and they even had lettuce wraps and ssamjang for that true Korean experience.

The vibe is super lively, perfect for hanging out with friends after a long day exploring Hongdae. It’s definitely great value for money. I’ll for sure come back the next time...
