Stumbled across this place, and I was pleasantly quite impressed. I decided to order the single origin filter coffee on ice, and while I was disappointed they served it to me in a cocktail tumbler rather than a carafe (portion seemed quite small, maybe 200ml of coffee rather than a more typical 250 or 300?). However, the quality was superb. I sadly donโt speak Korean so I couldnโt get into asking about what coffee I was drinking, but the tasting notes I found were intensely bright and fruity. Zero bitterness, just sweet and juicy sourness. A bit of body in the mouthfeel; I wish Iโd watched to see what type of filter they used (doesnโt taste like a hario paper to me). In terms of price; it is pretty comparable with prices in Australia (7.5k won). Hand poured filter coffee takes a lot of labour, so this is the price you should expect if workers are paid fairly for their time.
The vibe is cute inside. Itโs a tiny spot. Classical music is playing in the background. I feel like this is a place two beautiful people would go on a date...

I stayed close by for a few weeks and went to Millo almost everyday, the older gentleman who worked there treated me with a huge smile everyday, I cannot recommend Millo enough.
I recommend trying a Mont Blanc (hot or cold up to you, both good) if your not in the mood for coffee their peppermint tea is out of this world, but as a specialty barista And coffee trainer of 6 years, the hot drip coffee brought a little tear to my eye, amazing...

Unless you love drip, pour over method, I say go elsewhere for a bold espresso drinks. As I prefer robust espresso lattes, this place was not for me. We added a shot of espresso to make it bold but it didnโt quite do it. We were hoping to find complex bold espresso drinks, too bad...
