Line was long but moved fairly fast. The waiters and waitresses here are friendly, but sadly it's all very disorganized. They put us on a shared table with another 2 patrons but only gave us one menu. We had to request for an extra menu because the other 2 patrons sharing our table was taking some time to decide their order.

They also seem to have trouble coping with the volume. A waiter also randomly dropped a plate of 2 prawns between us, and never said a word of who's it was, and after establishing that no one ordered prawns, we told the waitress who said we could have it for free (and dropped us another plate so each "table" could have one, that was a sweet touch). But then the wait for the crabs is terrible. They mixed up orders and served crabs to people who were seated and ordered after us while we were still left waiting. The waitresses dropped by at least 3 times to ask if our crabs were here but we were still waiting for it.

Our crabs finally arrived around 45 minutes after being seated and they were awesome. Tasted really good and meat was really fresh. Sadly even though we ordered XL crabs, our crabs were just marginally larger than the L ones that our tablemates ordered (pics for comparison in below). As we were eating, they served us our steamed egg. Then a few minutes later they served us another bowl of steamed egg. The waitress was pretty cool and told us we could have it for free, but then we realized that it was for the other 2 patrons who were sharing our table, coz their steamed egg hadn't arrived yet (they've almost finished their meal by now).

TLDR: XL crabs aren't worth it. Go for L or XXL. Even if they put a "best" label next to XL, the marginal increment in size isn't worth the money. Also, don't bother coming unless you hotel is nearby. It's not worth traveling here for considering that there are other good gejang restaurants around and the service here is terrible (the waitresses here were very polite and friendly tho).
