Pub 1987 — Restaurant in Seoul

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere typical for a pub. Nothing to dislike about this. The semi-outside part was also good, although we were there while it was raining.

The disappointing part was the food. While the pizza was okay and took care of the hunger, we found it overpriced for its size and quality. The fried chicken we ordered came in a box halfway filled with them and the other half filled with nacho chips not mentioned on the menu. It felt disappointing since it wasn't enough to fully feed two people as we were advised before (maybe that's only true for the typical korean taste). The chicken itself was good, but nothing special and definitely didn't feel like homemade stuff. Same goes for the Nachos.

The pub also serves hookah pipes but we didn't order one since another one we saw at another table didn't look very promising in how it was set up (stated by one of us who owns and regularly sets up pipes).

Although it might feel unfair to rate it 2 stars only because it's labeled as a pub, serving food and advertising for it openly doesn't leave room for excuses when it comes to the quality and price levels of the food. The pub-part with alcoholic drinks and more might be better, but I also believe that food should improve or moved away from the menu if the rating...

처음 생겼을때 음식도 너무 맛있고 나오는 노래들도 좋고 가게 분위기도 좋아서 그 뒤로 몇번 더 갔었습니다. 음식맛은 여전하나...서비스가 정말 별로네요. 제가 새벽 세시쯤인가...아주 늦게 갔었는데요. 손님도 두테이블 정도 있었어요. 근데 들어가 앉아보니 노래소리가 너무 시끄러워서 대화를 할수가 없을 정도더라구요. 그래서 음악소리를 좀 낮춰달라고 얘기했더니 자기네 규정이 있어서 소리를 줄일수 없다데요? 좀 별로였지만 그런가보다 했어요. 근데 좀있다가 직원들끼리 전자다트 게임을 막 하더라구요. 그거 다트 맞추면 소리 엄청 시끄러운데...음악소리가 너무 시끄러워서 대화를 하기가 힘들다고 컴플레인 걸었던 상황이었는데 말이죠. 손님은 안중에 없고 자기네들끼리 노는게 더 중요했나..싶네요. 여튼 안주 비싼 안주 먹고 대화 하느라 목 가고 기분 상하고..그렇게 돌아왔네요. 거기 음식이 너무 맛있다고 친구들 끌고 갔었는데 너무...

새벽 두시쯤에 펍을 찾다가 가게된곳입니다. 사람들 리뷰도 좋아서 기대를 하였으나 실망만 가득합니다. 먹던 블랑을 두고 나왔습니다. 다시는 안갈것같네요. 포크도 세척이덜되어 양념이 그대로 묻어있는것을 보고도 서빙을하지를 않나, 진토닉에 들어가는 진이 뭐에요 물으니 진로에서나오는 토닉이라는 말씀을 하시는지ㅠㅠ...물론 아르바이트겠지만.... 메인메뉴는 이베리코돼지였는데 손바닥 보다 작은걸 주셔서 사이드로 나온 야채만 좀 주워먹다 나왔습니다. 밤늦게하는 다른곳을 찾아봐야겠네요......... 역시 SNS리뷰는 믿을게 못되나봅니다ㅠㅠ...
