As other reviewers have observed, the cake was rock dry and the custard hard and gooey. Addressing it with the staff, they told me the cakes had been cut in the morning and left out on display. Of course they would be Superdry by 3 in the afternoon. The staff was so kind as to offer to cut new pieces of cake for me, which is the kind of great service that deserves at least one star on its own. Even if they have empty seats - they have a none official drink policy - no signs - if you have such a policy it can’t be imaginary and isn’t a good sign!

However, most - if not all - of their offerings are cold and tough (with it being winter) and staff do not offer to warm the treats up for you.
