Starbucks — Restaurant in Seoul

Avoid this store - plenty of other Starbucks or other coffee shops nearby you can go to

They have a system where they claim to be "full" and you have to go save a seat. The store was half empty but they still made me get a table, i.e. leave personal belongings on a seat before I could order. As all the seats are upstairs this means anything could get stolen easily! Just plain stupid! (Oh and they only tell you once you've waited the entire queue, and make you queue again of course!) Drink was only half full, they took the extra "grande" payment and pocketed it whilst serving a tall in a grande cup

This starbucks has the worst service.

We ordered a mocha, latte, chocolate cake. We wanted extra whip cream. The worker said you have to have your cup as if i didn't order anything. So, I went to the third floor to bring one of my drinks and asked for the whip cream to be separate.

She said they can't seperate the whip cream. They have to put the whip cream together, so I said ok if you like that, put the whip cream together and give me an extra cup. After they gave me the extra cup and whip cream, I separated it myself. I don't know why they make it so difficult and have to go through so many hoops just to get extra whip cream. It's literally the worst service I have ever had in...

Great location for Starbucks. 3 floors of seating, including a roof top of the weather is nice enough. Just note that they don’t take the Starbucks reward card. Also for some reason most coffee shops don’t do drip coffee, so I’m glad this one had it. Please note that they don’t seem to understand the concept of asking for cream or milk in coffee.
