This is where bingsu was born and I have to say, it's one of the best tasting and nicest looking bingsu around Seoul. I believe this is one of their known chain of dessert cafe that serves bingsu.

The melon bingsu was just a killer of a dish that can be shared among a few peeps. The size is huge, good for 2 adults to share. The taste, super light and not sweet. The shaving is fine and with a light hint of milk. Condensed milk is served on the side if you want a sweeter taste but it was enough sweet for me.

Place was very busy after 7pm and hard to get a table. Order was made through a self serve kiosk and the staff was super friendly...

Restaurant is self served and the hygiene is all about customer's self discipline. That means not the best it should be. Shaving ice was in big portion, I can say one can easily fit 4-5 person's stomach as a dessert. I was having the seasonal melon one which with hidden red bean, monchi, cereal and vanilla ice cream. Topped with a hemispheric melon. Melon itself was very good, sweet and refreshing. Wish to have more red bean and cereal for extra crunch and texture. Ice cream was kind of useless if hidden inside.
