Overall the experience was okaish. Food was good, but the service needs lots of improvement. Preset here was that we were having a birthday dinner.

The main problem seemed to be that we had four waiters coming and going, and only one of them had some idea what was supposed to happen next. We first ordered cocktails and while we were still waiting for last ones to arrive at our table, two waiters on two different occasions asked if we wanted wine. We told them that we wanted to wait until the drinks have arrived, then we would like to order appetizers and main courses and then we would like to order the wines.

Also one thing that was annoying was the second level comedy that missed the mark on several occasions during our dinner. Sure, we didn't expect them to be stone faced statues, but when you can't read the room, it would be best to stick to basics and leave the comedy out. When you have people expecting to have a nice birthday dinner and you keep dishing subpar jokes that probably work on frat boys, the overall experience will not be great.

Also what was very annoying was that one person in our table didn't want to drink alcohol during our dinner and for some reason one of the waiters thought that it would be funny to give them the third degree on "why won't you drink?". Sure, you can make sure that they don't want anything to drink, but leave...

Food was good decent portions but nothing special. Very slow service on food we had been sat there about 20 mins and I ask the waiter if we could order he said give me 5 mins and then never came to take our order about 30mins the guy outside the front of restaurant could see we was getting restless and came and ask had we ordered so he started taking our order then called a waiter over to which we then had to repeat our order. Staff where running around like they did not know who was doing what. The portions of the food was rather larger and I did not eat all then got questioned if the food was OK and why I had not eaten it all. I also see someone else complain about how cooked the steak was they took it back to cook for longer and still was not done enough he then complained again but said not to bother he did not want it anymore but the waiter insisted he will do it for him he had to ask another member of staff to go and tell the kitchen he did not want it back. Wow, this restaurant is amazing. We were met by a lovely friendly gentleman outside the restaurant. All of the staff were very attentive, drinks were quickly brought to the table. We were given recommendations on the specialties. My husband chose the salted golden bream and I chose the fillet on the hot stone. Both meals were cooked at the side of our table. The fish was so succulent and tasty and the fillet was one of the best I’d tasted, I would expect this quality fillet from a decent steak house. Drinks were replenished quickly.
