Food is overpriced for what it is, the pasta is dry and the garlic bread hard but this is not what has made me leave a review for this place, the staff initially were friendly and attentive to everyone there we could see but there was a particular staff member that was so rude patronising and protentious I felt like getting up there and then and leaving. I had ordered the pizza with mushroom mozzarella and tomato but asked her if I could have it without truffle oil as I don't like truffle oil and with rocket on top instead she said that was ok and left. The pizza came and it had truffle all over it so when another waitress came by I just said I think I've been given the wrong pizza as it appeared to have no mushrooms on too. She apologised and took it away to get me the right pizza. Didn't think anything of it until this waitress that had taken my order came over with the menu and put it in front of me and said this is what you ordered I said yes but without truffle oil and rocket and I think they are artichokes not mushrooms,she said it had no truffle on, I said yeah it did she then proceeded to tell me that they only do organic whole ingriedients on their pizzas which to me was completely irrelevant to the conversation and I felt she came across as very patronising then she left with a very condescending look as if I was stupid. I called her back and asked her to please not be patronising to me all i asked is for a pizza without truffle as I don't like it she then told me very sharp and rudely that I will get a pizza but I will have to now wait. Her colleague from before then came over and indeed agreed yes it had truffle all over it, I then asked them to just bring a plain pizza so I could leave as soon as possible my partner had already nearly finished his food. I felt patronised and this woman that you have working there is rude and protentious she really has no manners there was no need to approach me and try to confront me about what I ordered when she / or the kitchen got the order wrong I just wanted the correct pizza and to...

Literally terrible. Thought it would be nice because of how busy it was, but we waited 30 minutes for below average food. We ordered the garlic bread starter (3 tiny pieces of garlic bread baguette), 2 /3 slices were burnt and hard. Once the mains finally arrived, I was shocked to see that my pasta dish was served in the tin it was cooked in with a calzone over the top. There was no mention on the menu that the pasta dish was a calzone at all!! The calzone was doughy and heavily undercooked around the sides of the tin, and the steak ragu pasta was more like al dente pasta in a water sauce with tiny chewy bits of cheap meat. It was terrible. Excellent restaurant with lovely Italian food with Cañarían touch. Always good service. All waiters are polite, well spoken and nicely presented. Food arrives fast and always exceptional quality. Have been eating in this restaurant with my family for the last 4 years every time we are on holiday in Tenerife. I think I have tried everything on the menu now 🤔😂. Would recommend for everyone.
