Stayed in the hotel next door and called into this place twice whilst away for 10 days over the summer. Had the homemade lasagna on both occasions because it was so good! Other dishes had were fresh salmon, steak and ravioli, all of them equally as good. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Very friendly service. Excellent meet & cheese plate for starters. The best goat cheese ever!! I had a lasagne for main and My husband had a pizza, both were very good. No room for a dessert. This dinner made me really Happy. Warmly recommended. Oh, and very professional g&t making.

I ate here 5 times in 10 days because it was so good, inexpensive & the staff very friendly. The lasagne, chicken in mushroom sauce with grilled veggies, pizzas & spaghetti bolognese were all great, will visit again, thanks!

We visited this evening around 7pm. We were greeted after a minute (the waitress was at the bar using the till) she asked us to sit wherever we'd like and immediately asked if we needed a high chair for our baby.

She took our drinks order and asked if we were ready for food however, we weren't so she agreed to come back in a few minutes which she did.

We ordered two lasagnas and fries which came relatively quickly. Whilst we were waiting a large group came in with no reservation and they wanted to sit outside.

The waitress came over and accommodated and moved several tables and chairs for the group.

Our food was delicious - I would like to return before we go back home.

As the evening got busier, the waitress informed new customers of waiting times. Once we finished, it was around 10 minutes or so before our plates were cleared however she was extremely busy serving, greeting and taking new orders so we didn't mind the wait.

When she cleared the table we asked for the bill and this was brought over promptly.

Overall I'm thoroughly impressed and would like to return to try some other dishes. I was initially put off by recent reviews (hence why I have wrote along one) but thought we'd try the restaurant for ourselves and I'm glad we did. Yes we were waiting a few extra minutes here and there but the waitress was busy so it's...

Update:

Contacted the owner and she is having a tough time with new staff. Very understandable and she would like to resolve it properly. ——

Today we went to eat here, it was terrible. At 6 o'clock local time, they were already out of big king prawns. Can happen of course but say this immediately when you bring the menu card. The employee made this clear with hand gestures since she speaks little to no English.

After this I had to decide within 2 seconds what I wanted to eat as the lady was waiting and looking around.

Chose an entrecote baked as medium, the server suggested fries with it (not knowing that this was not standard in the price).

The entreco came completely and especially overcooked and looked just like a rubber sole was impossible to cut and barely disposable. No sauce and hardly any fries or vegetables.

When paying extra you also paid 1.50 for the limp fries which is absolutely not worth it. In addition, there is also tax at checkout this should be mentioned in advance and or included in the price. This should be according to...
