Visiting the Green Chilli restaurant in Adeje was a true culinary journey to India. Right from the start, our experience was incredibly pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by the courteous and helpful staff who took care of every detail of our meal.
However, what truly set Green Chilli apart was, of course, the food. Every dish was unique and rich in flavor. All the ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced, combined with the skill of the chef, resulting in dishes that were incredibly aromatic and delicious. If you like garlic - I strongly recommend garlic rice - a real treat for garlic enthusiasts.
I am convinced that Green Chilli is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Adeje. This is a place that is definitely worth visiting for an unforgettable culinary journey...
Read moreI ordered a children’s chicken tikka masala and rice to take away with a cheese and garlic naan. Brilliant portion size. The masala was very mild would of preferred a little spice atleast but it was advertised as mild so fair enough. Rice was fluffy. Cheese and garlic naan was the show stopper. Would have as a take away again. Also ate in alone one night when the OH wasn’t feeling well. Prawn puri had loads of juicy prawns. Taste was a little Mexican flavour rather than authentic Indian but still enjoyed. I had chicken jalfrezi and had the spicy/madras heat level. Wow it was spicy! Wouldn’t go above medium next time. Large portion of veggie rice. Cheese and garlic naan was amazing. Good service. Cobra and kingfisher beer...
Read moreFriendly staff, decent ambience and good service. But as an Indian I can say that the food was mediocre. It was only made for tourists, because they don't know how proper Indian food is like. And thats the reason why they're also charging more than the average price. If you want to have proper Indian food you can go to any other Indian restaurant in the zone. As a big time food lover, don't recommend this place.
I can also see other reviews and I can't believe that they have given 5 stars. But then I see and realise that they're all English/tourists. So for obvious reasons they wouldn't know how proper Indian food is like. But anyways that was my honest review. I hope they do...
