There was a lot of things we did not like with this spot. First of all there was not available utensils, except the wooden fork in the salad, other than that only small wooden spikes were available and they were really useless. In addition to that the plates we got were wet and the napkin on top was soggy. One of our plates was also just taken away from us without any dialog being exchanged. ALSO The pizza that was ordered came as a sort of toast instead of the actual pizza that we saw a picture of. And definitely, the worst thing was the salad we were given. This salad was absolutely drenched in a what looked to be balsamic glaze that wasn't very tasty. The salad was also clearly not fresh as well as the tomatoes that were soggy and tasted like nasty onions. Cheap beer and cheap food, they do a range of mini sandwiches for 1 euro each and bigger plates from 3.5 euros. The menu is in Spanish so if you don't understand Spanish you may struggle to order, Google translate can help with some of the fillings but didn't always get the translation right. The food was nice and the prices can't be argued with for value, but as this is a chain we later found 2 better located and newer venues, one on the beach at Alicante and one closer to the harbour. La Noche pasada decidimos 3 amigos ir a cenar allí y cuando llegamos en la terraza había un grupo de 6 personas juntos en 2 mesas y otro de 4 personas con dos mesas juntas, entramos a preguntar y un camarero nos dice que por mesa solo pueden estar 2 personas y si queremos estar juntos tenemos que juntar 2 mesas, dicho esto nos vamos fuera a esperar a que se vacien 2 mesas, tras esperar 15 min conseguimos dos mesas libres y las juntamos y nos sentamos y una vez decididos a pedir, sale otra camarera prepotente y con malas formas nos dice que no podemos juntar las mesas y que las separemos, y yo le pregunto que porque? Cuando nos dijeron que si y que en el mismo momento había 2 mesas con 6 personas y otras dos con 4 y se giro sin contestar y se metió dentro del local y segundos después sale la encargada con más mala ostia y prepotente y mal educada y directamente coge una de las mesas y nos las quita de mala ostia con nosotros sentado y (nos grita) os han dicho que no se puede juntar y hablándonos mal y seguido yo le hago la misma pregunta que a su compañera que porque? Cuando tienen una mesa doble de 6 o otra doble de 4 y su respuesta es porque no le da la gana y que la norma dice que tiene que ser 2 personas por mesa y tengo fotos de todo lo sucedido y de la terraza en ese momento por si algún jefe lee esto,espero que tome medidas con estas dos empleadas y sobre todo con la encargada que para ser una encargada deja mucho que desear del trato con el cliente porque la cosa no termino ai después de la que monto delante de todos los clientes le exijo la hoja de reclamación y me la trae y la relleno contando lo sucedido y me dispongo a llevarle la hoja para que la encargada rellene su parte y firme y me tiene 20 minutos esperando riéndose en mi cara mientras yo veía como no le daba la gana rellenarlo entonces fue ya el momento que me canse y amenace con llamar a la policía y en ese momento que le digo eso se puso a rellenar la hoja de reclamación. Espero de verdad que esto llegue a los jefes de verdad y tomen medidas contra esta persona sobre todo que es la encargada y a la camarera también le expliquen que si quieres trabajar cara al publico tiene que aprender modales y respetar al cliente y si no que se busque otro trabajo.
