Apartamentos Poeta Quintana — Hotel in Alicante

We had the most incredible stay the The Lucky Flats. From the moment we arrived and had a little difficulty with the lock box we called the number provided and were given helpful and friendly instructions (turns out we were at the wrong entrance!). The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and felt brand new. The decor was very modern and stylish. The set up of the apartments was perfect and the rooms were a great size with comfortable beds. The location was very central and within walking distance to everything we needed. There are lockers downstairs where we were able to store our luggage during the day after checkout and the staff even went above and beyond to offer us showers (with fresh towels!) upon returning to collect our luggage so we didn't have to catch our flight covered in sand. Images on their website represents exactly what you get. We had a wonderful time in this flat. Paoloma was on duty most of the time and helped us with new towels and any questions we had. The flat was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend staying here as its not far from the main beach but also located in a quiet enough street so we slept well with the exception of bottle Bank collections at 3am in the morning and and some partygoers making loud noises which was not every...

At the end of October my wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and all the facilities were first class. They obviously haven't been open for too long but they want to make sure your stay is a good one. Parking is great as they have it organised with a multi story just a minute along the road.
