This tiny little bar/breakfast joint/icecream parlor has a lot of going for it: the views from the terrace overlook the sea, and with good weather you can easily spot the island of Tabarca and Santa Pola; the prices are great; finally, the food is incredible. The sandwiches are tender and crispy, made perfectly. The bocadillo with queso fresco and added tomato and a touch of olive oil is just what you need on a sunny day, and it might have been one of the best sandwiches I have ever had: simple but with complex flavors. And maybe the service could be a little friendlier, but all the other pros easily overtake...

Situated opposite to the beach and not far from Santa Barbara castle , provides beautiful view , and good localisation to exploring that lovely city.
