Even the best business kills its staff. This place is a confirmation of that. The worst customer service. At 11 pm, two men and two women arrived, all nicely dressed, to relax. The waiter led us to a table, stating it required a €250 deposit. We agreed and sat down, ordering drinks. After 10 minutes, a security guard approached and said the area was for VIPs only, without asking who we were or why we were there. We mentioned the deposit and showed the bracelets given to us by the waiter, and he left. Fifteen minutes later, another waiter came and said we couldn't sit there because it was reserved for VIPs, but they didn't explain who these VIPs were. All this time, the tables around us were empty, and there were no other people at all. After 10 minutes of discussion, we left. All the tables in the so-called VIP area were vacant. I don't know what atmosphere the restaurant is trying to create or what status they aim to achieve, but this is the worst service. They simply approach you and say you're not a VIP without even asking who you are, where you came from, or if you have a reservation, etc. If the staff made a mistake, they should apologize and find a solution, but they can't just say, 'You're not a VIP, you can't sit here,' after other people from the restaurant had already seated us, and we had paid. The staff at this...

I recently had the pleasure to take my Alicante team to dine in the restaurant, and I must say it was an experience worth celebrating. Firstly, I want to extend a hearty "hoerah" to the founders of this establishment, as their vision has undoubtedly enriched the culinary landscape of Alicante and brought added value to its habitants. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were captivated by its welcoming ambiance and stylish, beautiful decor. We had a lovely dinner, good food with quality ingredients and creative presentation, it's clear that the kitchen takes great pride in their craft. I have to say that the service was impeccable, with a knowledgeable and attentive staff that made sure every aspect of our dining experience was seamless. The team deserves praise for their professionalism and hospitality. In conclusion, I applaud the founders for their vision in bringing this establishment to life, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable culinary adventure in Alicante with some good music!...

Absolute abysmal and embarrassing experience for a saturday afternoon!!!

Ferrari's and Lambos 'parked/rented' to sit outside to give the illusion of a Dubai-esque, opulent vibe. Decor in tune with a beach club scene.

Waitress - shocking understanding of what is and what is not on the menu. 5 rums to choose from and couldn't remember 1, to recommend.

Food - wagyu beef, crispy over cooked and a disgrace to be called wagyu without classification.

Desert - no cuterly to eat the "failed attempt at a birthday cake (Flan)"

Brought our birthday to a hen party across the room.

Wine - mediocre bottle château de eaclans Rose on the menu, not in stock.

Power tripped during our visit TWICE!... Killing the restuarants operation. When asked, if or when could be fixed... we were told... when pigs fly 🤣 10/10 for customer service... LOL

Basically, save yourself some time and let the fickle instagram influencers of Alicante big up this place for "likes", not a place for someone with expectations to enjoy a...

My friend and I visited punta piedra on 2 occasions. Once for drinks at night and the other for the day time coastal club. The night time service wasn’t great, as it took some time to get served. However, the service for our day time experience exceeded our expectations. We rented one bed and stayed the day. Menfis, our server, was fantastic. He checked in on us many times and swiftly cared for our every need. Food was delicious as well. We were worried there wouldn’t be any sort of relief from the heat as there is no pool or beach advertised with the day rental. But we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful pebble beach right behind the property, so we were able to swim when it got hot. There is also a foot bath and amazing outdoor showers on the premises. Ambience 10/10. Highly recommend visiting their coast club for the day.

**Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended** We ordered a Ribeye steak at this restaurant but were served a Rump steak instead. When we brought this to the server's attention, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. The distinctive marbling that a Ribeye should have was completely missing from the Rump steak we received. Additionally, the service was extremely poor. Our drinks were delivered far too late, and we had to wait a full 45 minutes for our espresso. To make matters worse, we ordered chocolate ice cream but were given vanilla instead. For a location like this, you would expect significantly better service and higher-quality food. Based on this experience, I would advise against dining here. There are definitely better options in the city.
