First of all, we had to wait for ages until we could order, I don’t know why but their priority wasn’t the guest in the restaurant, it was to get new guests which is really weird.. strange thing. Finally we ordered and it took about 15min and the food didn’t taste anything at all. I ordered some noodles with shrimp (see my picture, their menu) but the noodles was just cooked and maybe they’ve added a little salt - that’s all, and the shrimps weren’t juicy as they used to be in a Chinese restaurant (how did it take 15min to make this dish?). My gf ordered a dish that they said would be very spicy and they told us to be careful b4 picking that one, when we got the “spicy” dish.. it was more sweet than spicy, we even had to add some spicy sauce since it was tasteless.. I am sure I can make better noodles within 15min so I don’t know what they did and what took so long? Since we were not satisfied with the food and still hungry, we had to go to the restaurant beside (the good burger) and eat delicious food! Read moreEdito reseña por la contestación de gerencia: la única comida elaborada al momento fueron las hamburguesas que les hizo un cocinero a un compañero ( sacando el pan de burguer y todo, se ve porque es cocina abierta) yo estuve esperando mientras, total para un ramen agradecimos e insulso. El pollo rebozado lo echaron frío al plato, y eso bajó la temperatura del ramen. Al no acabar el plato, porque los fideos estaban pasados y sin ningún sabor, vino una camarera a llevarselo, y preguntó si todo bien; le contesté cordialmente que lamentaba decirle que no estaba nada bueno, y que por eso no quería seguir comiendo. Se lo comentó a un compañero, no se si encargado de sala, pero ni se acercó a preguntar cual era el problema con la comida. Lo normal cuando se devuelve un plato, es que se pregunte o se tenga la deferencia de no cobrar por una experencia nefasta.
He estado anteriormente en este mismo UDON, y no había estado tan mal la comida, parece que los últimos meses la calidad ha caido en picado. Incluso el cuarto de baño estaba de vergüenza, secador de manos estropeado, sin papel como alternativa, sin papel higiénico en el WC. Y lo ya comentado de los asientos del reservado y cuya foto he subido, totalmente rotos, destrozados, asqueroso sentarse ahí, y esto no es responsabilidad ni de cocina ni de camareros, esto es cosa de la gerencia. Asi que, no voy a mandar ningún email, preocupense Vds. de visitar sus restaurantes.
Chicken ramen insípido, parece caldo aguado, además sale templado cuando el Ramen es un caldo QUE DEBE SALIR ARDIENDO. No esta bien cobrar 13,30€ por un plato de fideos pasados fofos y sin gracia, caldo aguachirri. Encima se nota el abandono del local, no es nada agradable sentarse en sofas de polipiel con tapizados destrozados ( véase la foto) y menos en verano...
Read moreI’ve been to Udon several times, and it’s always a great experience, but this time I want to give a special mention to Belén, one of the staff members. She’s kind, quick, and incredibly professional. It’s so refreshing to be served by someone who’s genuinely friendly and clearly enjoys their job.
She helped us choose our dishes, checked on us at just the right moments, and always had a smile on her face. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Belén definitely does. People like her are the reason you want to come back.
