TGB - The Good Burger — Restaurant in Alicante

I bought a box of 9 wings today to take away and I had a terrible experience. First if all the cashier didn't pay attention to the amount to be paid and after I inserted the card I saw the wrong amount on the screen, so I had to tell her to cancel the transaction, the second thing was the one I'm more resentful with over time, because from now on I'll have to be paranoid and check every time if everything is right before leaving the place because by the time I arrive home anxious to open my box and found out that THEY DIDN'T ADD SAUCE ON THE WINGS! It's disgraceful, I asked directly to one of the waitress and she told me that they are served with a special bourbon sauce and that's why I bought them! And the last thing, no less bad...the wings weren't cleaned right before cooking them and they still had feathers in some areas of the skin and they're weren't short. I hope these huge problems should be solved soon with more attention of the personnel, because they are very simple to solve but really big mistakes when they reach the clients. I am sorry but not good at all. Been there on Friday night. I ordered the blue cheese burger. Bread is simply not a burger bun. I ate incredible burgers in my life they really need to look at their burger buns. Soft thin soggy feeling almost feeling wet bun. My wife's the same. I asked family members they said the same Meat was overcooked and dry thin. Fries were good. Fried chicken was bad too. Very dark really deep fried. Not good. Way too crunchy could call it burnt. All tables in the restaurant was left dirty with food. Toilets had no toilet paper and no soap. Floors were dirty. Also we were on top floor oh my goodness it was so hot there. First time been there always wanted to try it but I don't think I will ever go again. Not very cheap either. I think management really needs to look into food quality and service in the restaurant as well as...

Just visited this place. We decided to have a take out as the place although spacious just didn’t have any appeal. As many said, it is fast food and self serve so dine-in option was not the greatest idea for us. It can be a good spot for a hangout though. The food - the gourmet burger and the crunchy chicken were really good. The fries - big disappointment. They tasted good but they looked like leftovers. Almost all of them (3 individual orders) were pieces of what would have been the real french fries. You pay separately and I don’t think the price matched the quality (€7.90 burger + €3.20 fries), and not even a fountain drink! You can have your food served for €2-€3 more in any restaurant around and it will not be a fast food. Will we go back?...
