An unusual experience here, everything was fine until paying the bill where I was charged twice. I paid on the card machine and no receipt was produced due an error with the machine. I showed proof of the transaction going through on my banking app, however the server didn't believe me and I was made to pay again as he assured me that the payment can't have gone through with no receipt. Once the second payment went through he then noticed that the receipt was just jammed and payment had in fact gone through. I did request a refund and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow and the owner insisted I could trust him, which seems rich when he didn't trust me that the payment had gone through. I did go back the next day at 16:30 to get a refund, but the owner wasn't there and I was told to come back in another hour which was a further inconvenience just to get my money back. I did eventually get the refund in cash but it was alot more hassle than the food was worth and put me off returning to the restaurant on the future. This is a must-visit place to go and eat when in Tenerife. For someone who has eaten in 500+ Indian restaurants across the globe, I must say I was impressed with the food. Preparation time is 20–25 minutes. All food was fresh and generous portions The chicken biryani was very good, not dry, medium-spicy, and full of meat marinated to perfection. The Chana masala was boiled to the correct level, full of flavour and spiciness. The lamb curry was spicy to my liking, as requested when I placed the order. This place is the kind of place that makes you feel loved and nourished so much. Indian culture shines right through their lovely dishes and the friendly waiters that make your experience here unforgettable. Perfect mix between las Canarias and India ❤️ Loving it, will surely come back. Great for allergies too, I have gluten and lactose and shrimp allergy and I could eat here safely three days in a row. Felt reassured with both Mohan and Samuel. They are both lovely people to meet. Fell absolutely in love with this place and the people who manage it. Biryani lamb, garlic rice and moh ka gosht with lamb are amazing dishes....
