Vista Sur restaurant — Restaurant in Arona

Went here three nights ago with my husband, everything seemed to be a problem from asking if we coukd have the table outside once cleared, waiter walked off abruptly, he cleared the table and we moved outside, waiter came to take order, we chose to have the 3 corse meal, he rushed us through taking our order, was not happy I wanted to save my starter to go with the chicken I had ordered as my main, we ordered another jug of wine, the same waiter did not acknowledge us and came back few minutes later and dumped the jug down, I felt so rushed and uncomfortable with the situation, before I had finished my main corse the waiter then walked across amd flung down the bill on silver tray, at this point I stopped eating,.left most my main corse, he never even brought us our deserts, needless to say we paid for the three corse meal but dis mot get it Was an awful dining experience will defiantly NOT return here. The nest bit about it was the guy singing he was so loverly. Shame the waiter could not take note of good customer service. He is clearly in the wrong job, another couple was complaining of the same waiter too lastnight in another food place we were at, so bad 👎...

A Disaster at Vista Sur – Royal Supreme? More Like a Royal Failure

My recent visit to Vista Sur restaurant in Tenerife left me with a bitter taste of disappointment. Tempted by the menu, I ordered their most expensive burger – the Royal Supreme. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.

Let’s start with the bacon – it was almost raw, as if they forgot to cook it. The bun? It fell apart in my hands, making the entire burger feel like a chaotic mess. Inside, there was a tiny slice of tomato and a barely visible leaf of lettuce – as if the ingredients were being rationed. The sauces? Completely undetectable, as if they weren’t there at all. And the meat? Awful in taste, far from what one would expect at this price point.

The entire experience was such a failure that I deeply regretted not choosing a different restaurant. If you’re planning to visit Vista Sur, steer clear of the Royal Supreme. It’s a waste of time, money,...

Have been going to this place several times over the years and always found it good value for money and the food acceptable for the money, We have just arrived in Tenerife and we are staying near by so down to the restaurant we went, When we arrived it wasn't over busy and we sat down at a table looking around it looks as though it's changed hands with two chap's doing the waiting on one chap was running around like a headless chicken the other bloke stud watching!! After about 10 minutes I tried to catch one of them's Eye guess what no chance 😕 we carried on looking at the menu when we decided on the food I tried and tried to get the bloke doing nothing eye he finally looked my way and held 1 finger up not shore if he ment 1 minute or piss off well waited a few more minutes and decided he did mean piss off so we did, What an absolute obnoxious and rude bloke he is. We definitely will not be going back and only hope the owners read this review...
