I know you are relatively new but in all seriousness you have a lot to improve or you won't make it. Constructive feedback: If you have the courage to charge 14 euros for a sandwich that is smaller than a fist with exactly 7 chips that are taken out of a bag you have to at least make sure it tastes divine. Which by all means it does not. When you have two people at a table make sure you bring the food to both of them at the same time and also that the food is warm as its supposed to be. We've waited for the Benedict eggs 25 minutes (which again are put on a big plate but the actual size of the food is very small) and when they finally came they were cold. The waiters are terrible. No smile, very very slow and with a very bad mood. Not sure if they are over-worked or under-paid but they seem to be very very unhappy to do the job they are doing. (this happened on the 29.10.2017 from 12.30 to 13.30 - so that you know who was on the shift) In all honesty the only thing that you have going good for you is how the place looks. BUT if you are a restaurant of some sorts you need to understand that at the heart of your business should be the FOOD. Make sure that the food is good and fairly priced versus quantity and then people will keep on coming. Otherwise it looks good but nothing more and hence like me, other that will never ever come again and pay 48 euros on such poor service and food (for two people) Remember where you are positioned. You are one street away from Rambla, hence you will have tourists. As such you happily have a menu in English which is great, but useless if your staff doesn't speak English and she prefers to run away and pretend she doesn't hear us in order to avoid trying to speak the three words she knows in English.

Interesting. I'm actually surprised to see that this place doesn't have that great of reviews.

To be fair, I only came here for coffee and cheesecake but both were really good. The vibe in here is also really great. It feels just like a cool place to hang out.

Also, I don't know who needs to hear this, but the cheesecake that I posted from here is what cheesecake is actually supposed to look like. Famous cheesecake in New York looks like this. It's literally a cake of cheese. It's not supposed to be soft and fluffy and filled with chocolate or fruit and that kind of thing. Supposed to be just a cake of cheese.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to coming here and trying something different. I live in the neighborhood and I'm hoping to find some quality places because everything is so commercial and touristy. Also, the waiters here are...

Nice place and food looked good. Unfortunately I didn't get to taste anything. Sat down, on my own, was never offered a menu. Others that came after me did get offered one. At some stage, after serving other people (the ones with the menus) first, I get asked if I had decided what I wanted. He did not realise I did not have a menu in front of me.... By that time I had decided I only wanted coffee and didn't bother mentioning this. Waiter also had a lovely nice yellow stain on his T-shirt. It's worth washing those from time to time. This actually didn't fit with the rest of the ambience. It looks well taken care off and clean. I had my coffee which was good. During my time there another couple actually got up again and left. So I don't think I am the only one a bit annoyed by the service received. Way to go Auto Rosellon....
