"Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere. The food was beyond delicious, bursting with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. Each dish was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. The margaritas were top-notch, perfectly balanced and refreshing. And let's not forget the sexy bartender who not only crafted amazing drinks but also added an extra dash of charm to our evening. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. Without a doubt, this restaurant deserves every one of its 5 stars. Can't wait to come...

I absolutely loved the food at this place! The vegetarian nachos and fish tacos were outstanding, and their drink menu is exceptional. I tried all the flavours of mezcalittas, but my favourites were mango and hibiscus. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The interior is charming, with good-sized portions and great prices. They also have excellent vegetarian options. I visited their other location a couple of years ago, and both times I was not disappointed....

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en Azul Frida se vio empañada por un servicio que dejó mucho que desear, a pesar de la calidad auténtica de la comida. Hoy solo fuimos ha hacer un mezcal, pero somos clientes habituales en el restaurante del centro.

Hoy visitamos el restaurante en familia: mi esposo, nuestra hija de 2 años y yo. Durante nuestra visita, nuestra hija necesitó un cambio de pañal (caca) Al no encontrar un cambiador en el lavabo (algo desafortunadamente común en muchos restaurantes), nos vimos obligados a cambiarla en una esquina del local, de espaldas a la mesa ocupada. En ese momento, había solo una mesa ocupada por dos comensales que ya habían terminado de comer y estaban relajados con sus cócteles.

La encargada de la barra, a quien describo para que quede claro quién nos atendió (tenía dientes con brillantes, pelo rizadom melena y camiseta rosa manchada), se acercó y nos reprendió por haber cambiado a nuestra hija en ese lugar. Le explicamos que no había un cambiador disponible y que afuera hacía mucho viento, pero su respuesta fue, cito textualmente: 'Se os tendría que caer la cara de vergüenza'. Este comentario nos pareció completamente fuera de lugar, falto de empatía y una muestra de una atención al cliente sumamente deficiente.

Es una verdadera lástima que un restaurante con una oferta gastronómica tan destacada no brinde un trato humano acorde. La experiencia fue decepcionante, y espero que puedan mejorar en este aspecto fundamental para ofrecer un servicio completo y...
