What a find! Bar Timón is an absolute gem, and I can confidently give it a 5-star review. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing and authentically Spanish. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home.
And oh, the food! ¡Madre mía! The star of the show was undoubtedly the paella – it was simply great! Perfectly cooked rice, generous with fresh seafood, and bursting with flavour. Clearly, a lot of love goes into their cooking. We also enjoyed some delicious tapas and refreshing sangria.
