Additionally, I encountered a staff member with dark hair who was rude and impolite. When we arrived and attempted to sit down, he abruptly pushed the chairs in front of us without so much as a word. This lack of consideration made our visit feel unwelcome.

This tiny ice cream shop isn't a shop for ice cream, it's an art gallery. I cannot fathom how good the presentation is. All the workers are happy (especially my cousin, who works there!) and energetic, kind and get the job done well. Compared to other chains such as Dino, Bilmonte fills up the ice cream cones and cups to the maximum amount. And before you say otherwise or "since your cousin works there the portions are larger!!" I have been served by several different employees at different times, and I'm much impressed with the consistency.
