CoCo Bubble Tea (Consell de Cent) — Restaurant in Barcelona

Unfortunately nothing was in English so we had absolutely no idea what to order. What I wanted was a simple bubble tea preferably with black tea. Not sure what I got but at least the tea was tasty (I think it was black tea or Jasmin tea with lemon flavor). Somehow I've expected a variety of bubbles to choose from (I thought it's a bubble tea shop so they must have bubbles right?) However there was one just one single kind of bubbles. It was not clear what kind of taste. The rest of "toppings" was jelly. I thought they would make bubbles from this jelly. No. I got literally tea with jelly. The service was poor and disappointing... I had a really bad experience there and felt sad the whole night :(

There was just a system error - not mine or their fault, but they treated me like an idiot and they blamed it on me in a bullying way. I don't feel comfortable about that.

I understand they might have sth else bad earlier that day, so they weren't in a good mood. But back to our case, it's not a big deal, and I can even let it pass, why can't they just being nice and communicate in a good way....

Full marks full marks from a boba connoisseur! I indulge in a lot of bubble tea in Canada and Coco is a popular brand there. However I have to say that the Coco here in this location easily beats many of the Coco in Toronto because of the staff. They are all, without any excuses, mostly trilingual in Spanish, English, and Mandarin; and all work in good happy spirits.
