Just read the ironic, disrespectful and unprofessional responses they give to complaining customers and you can get an idea of the treatment you will receive.
I had to face a very rude treatment. There were many empty tables inside (all) and outside and as we said we just wanted to have a beer they sent us away.
Alternatively, we asked the waiter about the possibility of having some tapas, but he got very rude and aggressive.
We asked him for a complaint form and he refused to give us the form. We told him that although we had asked him nicely, it was actually his obligation and that if he did not give it, we would call the police.
The waiter started to threaten us and luckily there was a second waiter more professional who intervened to stop him.

Read moreI am shocked how good this place turned out to be for me. Off the main street hence very few people and you don't feel like in a can of sardines. Very chill and friendly waiter. This is the only place so far in my entire horeca experience where I liked every single song that was played! Fantastic. Very chill jazz, bossa nova, chill renditions of famous pieces, very non intruding but also not cheesy or too romantic, just the right balance. Zero Christmas songs.. I just loved music there so much. Bosco potatos were great and tapas of calamari with garlic just stole my heart! Wine was meh but I didn't mind as I came there to eat, rest after a long day and difficult year (not even because corona), and just enjoy my me-time. This place dis it all. And chocolate fondan was an amazing wnding of a pleasant evening. Loce it, love...

The tuna (russian salad) was also tasty, with sliced green olives and sprinkled with egg yolk, tostados on the side.
The calçots (spring onion/leek) were seasonal and very tasty, of just tough to eat due to being fibrous.
However the best item were the fried green tomatoes; 2 large tomatoes served with a breaded coating all deep fried - this was the highlight!
Washed down with a couple of drinks, it was really pleasant and would return (perhaps to try for...
