We went to this Bershka to shop and we had to ask help to the employees regarding a jumper found on their website. They first let us wait 20mn and since we were still without response, we asked another employee to help us find the jumper we wanted. Another 20mn gone and we asked again, for the third time, if they found the jumper. The two girls working in the changing rooms looked at us , annoyed, they said " we don't know, stop bothering us". As someone who worked for companies like Maje, Sandro, Claudie Pierlot, I find unacceptable that a big brand like Bershka allows their employees to talk to customers like that. I recommend you all to go to Pull and Bear, they have similar clothes and employees are much nicer. Sincerely...
Read moreGood afternoon. I just left your store and I hope I never come back. I came across a terribly aggressive consultant who started telling me something in Spanish in a rude manner. I told him in English that I didn’t understand him, he started shouting at me with aggression in Spanish without explaining anything. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he had glasses, dark hair and had Bershka music written on the back of his T-shirt. I believe that if a person works for a global brand and also in a tourist center, he MUST know at least basic English and heal his nerves before work. I would like higher management and owner to know that I just experienced one of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The fitting room staff anre having a power trip, they are angry and treating customers as if they are bothering them. They smile and talk amongst themselves and as soon as they look at you, there is despite in their eyes.
