Today — I ordered delivery via Glovo from your restaurant. I really enjoyed everything, and I also have a couple of suggestions.

First of all, I’d like to thank you for the great food.

The first thing that immediately stands out is the packaging. Large, sturdy paper bags instead of plastic ones — they feel really nice to the touch. Bright yellow, big, and very eye-catching. Beautiful presentation.

When you open them, the food is arranged very neatly. The boxes look great, especially the one with the fries — well-packed and appealing. The BBQ sauce was delicious, and I really appreciated that it wasn’t the standard type you usually get at McDonald’s or other competitors. The burger itself was tasty. My only suggestion would be to wrap it in foil, or at least in some paper, so that it stays warm longer during delivery and holds its shape better without spilling ingredients inside the box. But overall, the Chivuos burger was very delicious and absolutely worth its price — 5 out of 5.

I also really liked the fries because they were cut quite thick. The only thing I’d suggest is making them a little crispier — some pieces were too soft, almost undercooked, but still flavorful.

And finally, the Fanta — it arrived cold, straight from the fridge, which is very important. Too often, when ordering through Glovo, burger places deliver it warm, but here everything was perfect.

Pure shame! No table cleaning, beer arrived to the same dirty table with a food waste from previous visitor, mess and dirt! No reaction from waiters after seeing me demonstrative cleaning dirty table with napkins before they put a beer to the dirty table (like nothing happened)! Then waited for burger and more than 30 minutes after order was asked how meat should be cooked, which was 10 minutes before closure! Guess what, 10 minutes later still wasn’t ready, proposing to take away or expecting me to swallow a “burger” in a minute after an hour waiting for so called “fast food”!! Nothing more special than Burger King, but smaller burgers with more amount of fat oil and lot of souse to kill any taste if ever existed. Was a first and a last experience, definitely NOT recommended at all! Plenty of other places around, so dont sit just for an empty table outside - remember that its empty...

I come to this place alot, but this is the first time the service was absolutely awful, I ordered a vegan burger without knowing because I was told there was a digital menu I went straight to the menu del dia which had no details of the burger , once I receive the burger they took it back and then questioned me about not knowing a vegan brand maybe cause I ain't vegan! And then on top of this my brother and friends arrived they didn't service us and he dropped my new burger out and said "wait for the other waiter" rude won't be coming back, very disappointed considering I liked this place alot before the girl that worked here was...
