Déjà Burg — Restaurant in Barcelona

My wife and I were visiting Barcelona for the first time each and stayed at a hotel nearby. We came across this restaurant totally serendipitously one evening and decided to try it out. This spot is simply incredible. The food was prepared quickly and was absolutely stellar. As an American with extensive experience with burgers, they really know what they're doing, and the portions are ideal with an impressive amount of toppings and fries. All of the food was delicious.

We really enjoyed the exciting atmosphere along with the great playlist of classic pop music, but more than anything the four ladies running the front of the restaurant make this place an absolute gem. We learned that they are all sisters and their fun and charming energy is top class. When they learned that we had recently married, they celebrated with us and made a point to share their congratulations and well wishes for the future. 📍Location: Excellent location! It’s pretty nice that you can go out after having burgers and go for some drinks somewhere else. It’s full of bars here 😋 Taste: Great burgers! Really tasty! Not like a big portion as I was expecting. It’s weird that you’re paying the burger but the french fries 🍟 are not included. 💸 Price: A bit expensive compared to similar places. We were passing by and entered in order to try their known burgers. We've ordered the American cheese burger and a chicken sandwich. Both burger and sandwich were really good and correctly prepared. the only thing I would point out from this experience would be the fries. Even if they were home made from "real" potatoes, I believe we got the last part of the tray... only with really small fries... almost impossible to dip in the sauce.
