Pros: - really great service, server was helpful and patient in answering our questions, they also speak both English and French - decor is great - plenty of seating - menu has photos Cons: - Prices are expensive for what you get - food was underwhelming When we arrived at 8pm the place was empty except for one other table and I believe that’s for a reason. Later when we finished eating there were a couple more tables but they seemed like tourists as well.. We got tabuleh which was mostly parsley with onion, tomato, lemon, pomegranate seeds and had a sour taste from the lemon. We also got a kebab plate which turned out to be less than what the photo on the menu looked like, in the photo there was a pita bread included for example. The kebab plate was two pieces of meat with rice and French fries, somehow costing almost €15. The kebab was a bit dry and did not have a lot of flavor. If you’ve been in nyc, you can find street food carts that give better flavored and larger portioned kebab dishes for 10 bucks. Lastly we had black and green tea, which they give with sugar and you can order it with milk, lemon, mint, etc, it was not bad. Overall I would recommend you find a different place to try.

Okay, this may not be a 5 star restaurant but is definitely better than four out of five! 4.5 may be a fair score. First of all it was a good break from all seafood restaurants! Also it was beautiful. It is a great place to have a private party or just get together with a bunch of friends. We got the Moroccan tray which was a lot of food. It was enough for 3 people. But why not 5 stars? I don't know exactly! Maybe the service was a bit off. And also the fact that there was no soap in the toilet and it seems that it wasn't a new situation made me think about things that I don't like to think about!!! But will I go back again if I go to Spain? Not on my own! But if I am with my friends, yes. Btw, they have hookah too.

Did not like the food at all, nothing Syrian about it. We ordered shawarma and it was anything but shawarma, the same happened with the arayes, the fries and steak were acceptable but not amazing. The other thing that made us unlike the place is that we asked one of the waiters if they spoke Syrian (we asked in Syrian by the way) and she responded with a blunt NO. We don’t even know how she understood if she didn’t speak it. They had Syrian music and atmosphere so we felt comfortable asking. And the price is another story, for what you get, it’s way too expensive.

We found this place by accident but we’re really glad we did. It was warm and friendly and the food was amazing. We had the sharing vegetarian platter which consisted of about a dozen dishes and breads. It looked amazing, delivered on a huge brass platter under a huge brass dome, and it tasted even better. Wonderful flavours and textures. I never like spinach or aubergines usually, unless my husband hides them in a curry, but I loved them here. The hummus was creamy, the roasted florets of cauliflower in the rice were delicious and the babaganoush was perfect. We were really hungry after travelling all day but couldn’t quite finish all the rice. We really, really tried, though. Not cheap (about €60 for two including beers before and tea after) but great value for a super meal. Planning to visit again next time we’re...

It was a big disappointment, to go there. The location is cool, in the near of the music hall. All reviews are very good, but we don’t understand why. I wanted to reserve a table, only after 3. reservation on the website I became a confirmation after 3 weeks! I called them too but nobody took a phone. The portions of the food are very small and the food itself is not like on the pictures in menu! So you must be very carefully and read everything what you order. I asked about it, and the waitress said „it is only a decoration“. There was no music, something was broken according to her. The daiquiri cocktail was very sauer, but she replaced it and it was ok. It was Friday evening but there was only 8 people, what was very strange.

So, 3 snacks, daiquiri, and a bottle of water - 40€. Very expensive for...
