El Manaba — Restaurant in Barcelona

Estoy súper decepcionada 🥺, de verdad. El restaurante"El manaba" era unos de mis lugares favoritos donde ir a.comer en familia y amigos. Súper recomendable, lo recomendaba a todo el mundo y hoy sentí la peor decepción en este lugar, no solo por el encebollado que aquí para mí gusto lo hacían requisimo, si no por la pésima resolución que tienen ante una queja. Dañaron el día de la madre que teníamos preparado.

Mi petición ante el camarero más borde y altanero que he visto nunca, era que el encebollado estaba sin sabor con cosas naranjas por encima que tuve que quitar antes de querer empezar comer, la yuca apenas existía en el plato y que decir del atún, dos trozos pequeños. Le comenté al camarero y me dijo- es la ración que te toca- y yo pensando tú estás viendo que en el plato solo.hay agua sin sabor con un poco de atún y a parte de eso yo soy cliente muy habitual, conozco bien este plato porque lo pedí muchas veces que fui allí, y el lo sabía, ante esto su respuesta fue- pues el plato no tiene que estar a tu gusto, el plato está bien- pues le ofrecí que si quería podía comerlo el, pero que yo no lo haría, porque encima me hablaba con mala actitud y gritándome delante de mi familia que fuimos a disfrutar el día de la madre, nos daño la tranquilidad y las.ganas que teníamos de pasarlo bien. Finalmente accedió a cambiar el plato, le dije que me trajera un chaulaflan, y me dijo que si el encebollado me lo pone para llevar que me lo cobraria igual🤣. Yo ya estaba llena de impotencia, y le dije que ya se podía llevar todo que no le pagaría nada. Ya no quise decir más porque me sentía triste porque arruinó mi día y el día de mi madre. Increíble que vayas a un sitio a dejar tu dinero y te traten así y encima te griten. Para eso me quedo en mi casa y me como agua con sal con atún que lo mismo era. No volveré, no lo recomendaré. Lastima, era uno de mis mejores sitios, pero por la amabilidad de este señor que está en EL MANABA PROVENÇA, con camisa blanca y que vive la vida estresado, no iré. No todos los camareros son así, es este señor. Por mí mala experiencia y no seguir discutiendo más al menos me cobró solo el chaulafan SALADO Y ACEITOSO que me comí por no seguir quejándome más y no salir más...

Food was not bad and the portions were generous, so you get good value for the price. However the service was terrible. The waiter was smirking and laughing at every request we made, very rude. Forgetting things as well and not listening. I actually felt like leaving before ordering even. Anyway, we stayed and I ordered a bandera in order to try different dishes. He was not sure he had one of the dishes, went to check, confirmed, then after 20 more minutes came back to tell me that dish is not available. I asked if it can be replaced with something else to justify the 20€ that plate costs and he refused. Normally will exoect some kind of comoensation or a compliment but no, they charged even for the spicy sauce...

I cant recommend this place at all. We had the most awful service. While we were eating, they put off the music and started cleaning. Although the internet page said that they would close only 1 hour and a half later. Instead of telling us in the moment we come in, that they will close soon. And correcting the time in the internet. They cleaned the floor around our feet and brought the garbage can inside while we were trying to have dinner and enjoy a nice evening together. They were absolutely unfriendly and just wanted to kick us outside so they can finish. The food was also really bad. The chicken tasted and smelled like I was standing in a barn. Do yourself a favor and...
