Drinks are good, reflective of local ingredients however barman too preoccupied flirting with clientele and joining in with mocking customers’ accent.
Full story:
Server (gentleman with moustache) seated us, very attentive and helpful explaining all of the drink choices.
We went at around 10pm so it was just me and my partner and this American woman sat at the bar in the whole of the establishment.
Poor server had to remind the barman to make our drinks as he was too fixated in flirting with this American woman who was seemingly trying to fulfil her fantasy Eat Pray Love travelling moment by talking utter shit to this barman who seemingly was more than just ‘interested’ in talking to her.
After a solid 3 minutes of them talking utter shit, there is a 5 second silence to which the American woman shifts her head to our direction who then proceeds to mock our accents to what seems like an attempt to fill in silence that she can’t bear. Which isn’t an issue for us…
However, the barman proceeds to join in with the woman mocking our accents too which for me was what compelled to leave this review.
I am more offended by the stupidity, unprofessionalism and subpar flirting skills of the barman than I am by the mocking of our accents. Can you imagine any other business where a customer facing employee mocks a clientele who can clearly hear what they are saying, i’m not expecting the barman to tell the obnoxious customer to stop but to...

This bar is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Yes, the atmosphere is chic and inviting, and yes, the staff makes you feel instantly at home—but what truly sets it apart is the concept behind the cocktails. Each drink is inspired by another restaurant, bar, bakery, or café in the neighborhood, and the result is nothing short of brilliant.
It feels like a love letter to the community, told through liquid art. One cocktail echoed the flavors of a nearby bakery, with subtle pastry-like notes and a garnish that reminded me of their signature treat. Another captured the essence of a beloved restaurant’s spice profile, transforming it into something refreshing and unexpected. Every creation honors its muse while still being completely original.
The artistry in these drinks is jaw-dropping. They arrive with gorgeous presentation—colorful layers, whimsical garnishes, even aromatic touches that spark curiosity before the first sip. But what impressed me most was how thoughtfully the flavors were composed. It’s not just creativity for creativity’s sake; there’s harmony in every glass.
This bar doesn’t just serve cocktails—it builds connections between people, places, and tastes. Each drink feels like a journey through the neighborhood, and it left me both inspired and excited to explore more. If you’re looking for something truly special, this is...
Read moreCONSISTENTLY AMAZING VIBES! The owner Antonio is the mastermind behind the successful Dr. Stravinsky, and this is his second venture that focuses on spices. This bar is about pushing the boundaries of what cocktails are and should mean. I just love how lowkey this bar is. It's like they want you to stumble upon it like a little secret. You simply will not find drinks this unique elsewhere in Barcelona. It was, however, written about in the NY Times, which I guess brings a decent number of Americans and tourists, but there are plenty of cool locals to mingle with too.
The regular bartenders here are the real deal! Diego and Alejandro know their drinks and, along with the rest of the staff, provide the best hospitality and experience. The cocktails always taste amazing, and they are real showmen, proving that cocktail making is a multifaceted art and not just about mixing drinks.
I can totally see this bar coming out of its shell and becoming huge! Get in on the secret before it blows up. You...
