The owner was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The cocktails were expertly crafted—both visually stunning and perfectly balanced in flavor. We accidentally left without paying but returned straight away to settle the bill. Unfortunately, instead of just resolving the situation, a member of staff swore at us (“I give you two free cocktails and you leave, who the f-word do you think you are”), which felt completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Mistakes happen, and we owned up to ours immediately, but staff should still remain respectful when dealing with customers. Being spoken to like that completely changed the experience for us.
