Watch out, pricing scam. False advertisement. Bad ownership. if you order take-away you pay extra for less! The menu is not €16,50 like written outside but €17,25. On the menu outside it says it includes a dessert and drink.

They lie about the pricing and what’s part of the menu. Staff is negative and indifferent when asked about pricing and menu changes, bad business. Springroll was cold inside. Overpriced, low quality. The rice was worth not more than 5 euros, the main dish is so poor that it’s saddening. Do not recommend, there are better places around. 18 euros for a little rice, some fries and bland chicken. Worst portion sizes and quality on a menu for 1 in Sant Antoni. Owner behind the bar was unwelcoming and trying to extract every cent extra he could. Read more我们本来对这家餐厅充满期待,但整体体验非常差。我们不想评论菜品的质量,但对待顾客的态度确实存在很大问题。点菜的那位,不知道是不是老板,从一开始态度就不好。我们点了不少菜,在餐厅待了一个多小时,因为赶着去看球赛,就问能不能把剩下的菜打包。我们也没有要求退款,因为一开始就已经提前付款了。后来有个朋友过去,不知道我们已经付过钱了,随口问了一句能不能退几道菜。结果那位立马变脸,说什么“我们所有的时间都在做你们的菜了,30分钟内不可能做好所有菜。”然而我们是6:55到的,离开时已经8点多了,我有照片记录,绝对不是他说的30分钟。这种态度实在让人难以接受。
退不退钱对我们来说并不重要,关键是态度问题。他一听到我们要退菜,脸色立刻变得非常难看,甚至有点狰狞。厨师问这些菜算不算外卖,他反而对自己的厨师发脾气。后来我们准备打包时,他非常不客气地把打包盒狠狠扔给我们,这种行为真的让人难以忍受。
We initially had high expectations for this restaurant, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We’re not here to comment on the quality of the food, but there’s definitely an issue with how you treat your customers. The person who took our order, not sure if he’s the owner, had a bad attitude from the very start. We ordered quite a few dishes and stayed for over an hour. Since we were in a hurry to catch a game, we asked if we could pack the remaining dishes to go. We didn’t ask for a refund, as we had already paid in advance. Later, one of our friends, not knowing we had already paid, asked if we could cancel a few dishes. The person immediately changed his expression and said, “We’ve spent all our time making your food, it’s impossible to prepare everything in just 30 minutes.” However, we arrived at 6:55 and left after 8:00, and I have photos to prove it—it was certainly longer than the 30 minutes he claimed. Such an attitude is unacceptable.
