Egads! We were just looking for a bite to eat before a long movie, and whoa! What a wonderful surprise! Keik is located on Carrer del Dr. Fleming in the Sàrria neighborhood, along a broad sidewalk loaded with restaurants. It was just a (very pleasant) surprise that we chose this place, which we did mostly because the weather was iffy and pretty windy and the inside of this place looked inviting. My wife and I shared an Ensalada Caprina, whose generous portion of goat cheese was adorned with dried fruit, nuts, and pansies, and accompanied by a delicious balsamic dressing. Next, we enjoyed a Tataki Tuna. The waiter offered that the tuna was mostly raw and only slightly seared... perhaps someone had previously not known how this dish was prepared? But yeah... it was perfect. I wish we'd had a little more time to try their dessert carte, but alas, the movie was about to begin and we had to skedaddle. Customers not satisfied with this restaurant probably not familiar with the menu or expected different kind of food. Menu is quite complete and you can get different kind of taste. Great lunch menu, brunches as well, kitchen is opened throughout the day...their deserts are really good.

If you are looking for a café or bar without chattering, screaming people, this is the place to enjoy coffee, beer, cocktails and chill out. The environment is comfortable and the waiters are cool. Desserts are a bit too sweet, mint tea is good. I couldn't finish the cup of tiramisu, and the waitress allowed me to take it away and return the cup back the next day without charging any fees,...
