I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant in Barcelona, and I must say it was an incredible experience. I was really disappointed with my experience at Langolo Italiano in L’illa Shopping Center. I ordered salmon with gnocchi and specifically asked for no pesto. However, the gnocchi came with pesto both inside the dough and on top, and the salmon was extremely dry and tasteless. When they changed my plate, the salmon was already cold from waiting, and the gnocchi was just plain boiled with a spoon of basil sauce — again with pesto. If I clearly say “no pesto,” I expect to receive it without pesto, or at least have the sauce served separately. Very poor service and food quality. Definitely not...

Самый странный опыт! Сначала у нас официант несколько раз уточнил точно ли мы будем ужинать (то ли забывал, то ли думал что мы будем просто сидеть 😅). Заказ приняли быстро (мы заказали 2 пиццы и 1 пасту). Немного позиций чтобы их перепутать. Заказ сделали быстро. НО!!! Перепутали и принесли нам не то, что мы заказывали. Принесли неправильную пиццу. Никто не извинился, просто забрали заказ. Затем официант подходил ещё раз и уточнял что мы заказали. Но через 20 минут подошёл повар и сказал что сделать наш заказ невозможно, почему неизвестно. Официанта в это время в зале вообще не было. Еда в принципе нормальная. Но работа персонала и отношение к клиентам ужасное. В результате из 3 человек получили свой заказ только 2!!! Если Вы не хотите работать и не умеете общаться с людьми, не работайте в ресторане!!!!! Не портите людям настроение!!! P.s. 1 из нас говорит на испанском, 2е других говорят на английском! И так же, хочу заметить (отвечая на ваш комментарий) pizza burratina на всех языках звучит одинаково. И дело было совершенно не в языке! Это невнимательность. Но Это не проблема! А проблема в том, что Вы пытаетесь оправдать себя и сделать виноватыми клиентов. А это действительно не профессионально! И так же (отвечая на ваш комментарий) это очень хорошо что вы пытались найти ингредиенты в магазине для нашего заказа, но это не заняло 5 минут!!! Это во-первых! А во-вторых, это не оправдание для ресторана!!! «Мы не смогли приготовить заказ, так как не нашли ингредиенты» 🙈 И так же: ждать ещё раз заказ, когда первые 2 блюда уже съедены это странно!
