Restaurant Negro Rojo — Restaurant in Barcelona

Absolutely terrible service for lunch today. We were 5 people and had to endure less than welcoming attitude from waitress throughout. Not coming to pick up the plates, having to call them non stop for everything we needed - this would all be fine as it`s a busy place but their attitude was one of "I am not happy doing this!". One of the dishes had beans for a person that was allergic and we said it 3 times during ordering. They also brought desert without having taken away plates from main meal and also forgot cutlery for deserts.

This is far from the worst experience we had today as we were faced with appalling and aggressive attitude by Nuria when we went to pay our lunches. First of all, she started huffing, puffing when we told her that we want to pay separately. Whilst she was trying to magically arrange a guy was trying to beat the queue and we addressed it with him telling him we are waiting for the same thing - she just allowed him to do it after we`ve been waiting 5+ minutes just to pay for our food saying "solo un menu"...... We addressed it with her that we also have job and meetings to go back to so we what she did makes no sense - she then became visibly agitated by our presence in Rojo Negro and started aggressively handling cash/debit cards and throwing receipts left and right.

All in all, terrible service by Nuria and waitress and will not go there again. They make you feel bad/guilty for eating there and trying to...

I had a disappointing experience celebrating my 30th birthday at a restaurant. Despite reserving a table for 5 online and requesting a table for 13 in the comments, I called to inform them that the table needed to accommodate 20 people, and they confirmed it. However, when I arrived with 20 guests, they claimed our reservation was only for 5 and could not identify who had confirmed the larger group. After a lengthy argument, the manager reluctantly offered us a table outside where we were limited to eating sushi since there were no other options available. To make matters worse, I had planned for a party after 12 o'clock, but apparently, the restaurant does not host parties on Saturdays, despite my inquiries beforehand. Overall, this was the worst place to celebrate, and the service was extremely poor considering the high prices. I left feeling thoroughly...

We are here for Business, needed a fine lunch and definitely found it.

The central Kitchen on the ground floor is big and the chefs sympathic. They know their business and as you can see on my pics n video, Delicious food and Tapas are created.

The location itself it's wearing and staying at the food bar or one of the tables is fun because there is something going on.

That restaurant has an upper scale are Italian dishes are served.

Very friendly Staff All Around helpfulness is written in big letters in this restaurant and we were treated very well and post the times when we were in
