We had to wait for a pretty long amount of time, because they only allow 2 people at a time inside (which I found pretty odd), but I guess I can’t argue with this place’s policy. I’m sorry to say this, but the whole place was soo dirty. I was quite worried that even the food might be dirty. We sat at a table and got served relatively fast. The yogurt with granola was really good. Besides that, we got a jamon sandwich and also a strawberry avocado toast. Although, on the menu clearly states that this toast has feta in it, they brought with cottage cheese instead, without announcing it. It was still pretty tasty, but I think it’s better to acknowledge the customer about the change of ingredients, before actually bringing it. Anyway, the food overall was good, the only thing that disappointed me, was the cleanliness. Everything there was soo dirty, even the cutlery. It’s such a shame for it to be this dirty, because the design outside it is really pretty. I loved the flowers and the pink tables. I do have high hopes for this place, and hopefully, the next time I come back, this place will have improved their...
Read moreWhat can I say? What can I say? This place is a hidden gem, for real. It’s such a small organic and simple place just next to the beach. So I have been seeing pics about this place and I never tried it because I thought that it’s so instagramic which can also mean that it’s not so delicious as it looks. This place proved me WORNG! It’s not just delicious but it’s also now my favorite place. Food is amazingly delicious, atmosphere very chill and relaxed, there is place for everyone and the price is out of this world. Never imagined that I would have such a good breakfast coffee and a dessert for only 8€. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, omg I can’t find what else to say because it’s such a place that you have to visit so you can understand what I mean. Much love for...
Read moreThe experience was, honestly, a disaster. It started with the outrageous prices: nearly 5 euros for a simple café con leche, which had nothing special in terms of taste or presentation. But the worst part was the açaí bowl — 16 euros for what felt like a joke. Three sad, poorly cut pieces of fruit, a massive amount of granola (the cheapest ingredient), clearly stale and soggy from sitting out for days, and a tiny portion of açaí that tasted more like a sugar paste than fruit — likely packed with honey, agave, or who knows what kind of industrial sweetener.
To top it off, the place had no air conditioning, basically an oven in the middle of Barceloneta. In short: overpriced, poorly served, and with zero attention to detail. Wouldn’t recommend it, not even as a...
