I have a very mixed opinion about this place. First - the food we ate, lasagne bolognese and the pizza Diavola were very good. But there are many issues with the restaurant.

First, you can book on the fork from 5 pm but it was actually closed when we arrived at 19 pm - the place actually opened at 19.30 pm sharp. So the booking system via the fork is completely misleading. But we went over this and decided to wait anyway nearby.

Then, we originally ordered a pizza with meat but when it arrived, it was sprinkled with bbq sauce, which was not at all indicated on the menu. All good but I have allergies to several components of bbq sauce, so it could have ended badly for me. Anyone can make a mistake - but when we said we wanted another pizza we were given a lot of attitude from the staff so that was completely not ok - this was clearly not our fault that one ingredient was missing from the menu.

So overall and unfortunately we won’t be coming back - the food we ate was actually great but that doesn’t make up for the bad experience...

Great restaurant, great food! We waited a bit longer for the order but it was worth it - no doubt the best lasagna and pizza we have ever tasted! When we were finished and asked for the bill, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free gift - dessert we haven't ordered - the tastiest tiramisu ever! We were even offered shots to finish the night (we turned them down) although it was late - 10:30 pm and the restaurant closing timewas 11pm. Lastly, when we received the bill, everything was 50% off as we have reserved the table using the Fork app with this discount, but of course we left some well deserved tip! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere authentic. 10/10 would go there again and definitely recommend to anyone to...

Fuimos a comer, una pareja. El ambiente no me pareció el más idóneo, con reggaeton y videoclips poligoneros todo el tiempo, más típico de pubeto que de un restaurante, pero esto para gustos, simplemente no es mi estilo. La comida estaba muy buena y cantidades muy generosas (aunque pedimos dos entrantes y ninguno me pareció nada del otro mundo, las pastas y el postre lo compensaron con creces). Pero el servicio, para mi gusto, lo peor y me hizo decantarme por "no volvería", pese a ser la mejor carbonara que me he comido en la vida. La primera camarera que nos atiende, con cara de luto, sin apenas hablar (un hola, un "de nada" cuando se le dice gracias, algo...), sin apuntar nada y olvidándose, por tanto, parte de la comanda. Tuvimos que reclamar un entrante a los 30 minutos de haberlo pedido. Una vez comiendo, un señor, no sé si será camarero, cocinero, o qué, empezó a venir a nuestra mesa. Preguntar qué tal está la comida es normal y se agradece, pero comenzó a hablarnos en italiano, nos trajo un QR y, mientras estábamos comiendo, no paraba de insistir en que lo escaneásemos y dejásemos una reseña. Mi pareja escaneó, él se quedó esperando en mesa hasta que escribió la reseña y le dijo que ya estaba lista...señor, hemos venido a comer en pareja, vamos a pagar la cuenta, no sé por qué tiene que interrumpir nuestra comida de manera tan impertinente. Seguramente mi reseña estaría siendo bastante mejor si no hubiera sido molestada mientras comía, más de una vez, porque se fue, únicamente para volver con unos rascas e insistir en que, de nuevo, parásemos de comer para rascarlos a ver si había algún premio. Me negué a escanear el QR, me negué al rasca y en lugar de entenderlo y dejar a la gente comer tranquila, vino el tercer round de insistir para rellenar datos para un sorteo en que dijimos que no queríamos participar. No sé, iba a comer tranquilamente con mi pareja y las interrupciones fueron constantes, no me permite valorar positivamente el servicio. Más allá de eso, si te gusta la comida italiana,...
