Almost didn’t come here because it got late and was dark, but so glad we came. We didn’t realize we should’ve made a reservation but they were nice enough to seat us at the bar and still serve us.

The tortitas de camaron (shrimp tacos) were genuinely one of the best dishes i’ve had in my life, could not recommend enough. They were seasoned so well and crispy and had delicious toppings.

The potatos were traditional southern spain style and also very good. The crema catalana seemed just like crème brûlée to me, nothing crazy special. The place felt super authentic and had a really cozy atmosphere. The waiter was also extremely friendly and chatted with us (he very kindly helped me practice my spanish too) and let us try a traditional digestive shot before leaving. Los Pergaminos is a place that really feels authentic and when entering you immediately know you're in for a treat. Our waiter was a superrelaxed kind man which gladly helped us.

Tapas were beyond amazing. We had the paprika sausages, their delicious take on Patatas Bravas, real top-notch Calamares brought in a cool newspaper-wrapping and delicious croquettes. Bread and tomato (pan amb tomates, a typical tapas-dish) is not on the menu but when asked for they'll smile and gladly prepare some for you :)

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Had the coziest and most authentic spanish vibe with seriously amazing food and desserts! We had their dumplings and paella which were simply delicious. The dumplings were tasty and authentic while the paella was so flavorful with fresh seafood.

The star of the show was their desserts! We got 1 of each and I suggest you do too. Our favorite was the chocolate lava cake which was DIVINE. The caramel cheesecake came in a close second, an absolute MUST GET! The crème brulee was good but nothing super special so would be okay to skip.
