I have severe misophonia, and have lived with it since 30 years, without expecting anyone to know about it or not make loud/annoying noises around me cause it is my neurodiversity and not theirs, so I can say I am not an entitled person.
‘The regulars’ moved their chair making this hyper loud scratching sound with their metal chairs to floor. I had unintentional ‘arghh’ sound. They heard it. One of them went ‘woooow’ to my face and moved their chair equally loudly having realised I was severely triggered. I went ‘arghhh’ again and say ‘can’t you be a person and move that less loudly’ only to see them laugh at my situation amongst themselves. When I mentioned my condition and called them to be kinder to people around them, the same person who found it ‘cringy’ said ‘I’m sorry’ to my face sarcastically smiling and making faces.
I was not kind. I don’t support people bullying or being sarcastic to people/situations they don’t experience themselves but be at least decent about it.
Literally second after the owner arrives with an aggressive body language, walks onto me and yells in Spanish, showing me the door.
Without asking what happened. Directly attacking verbally.
And now wrote back he only kicked me out, ‘I was the lucky one’ and I was having margarita. Don’t wanna speculate further why he exactly specified I was having margarita, perhaps to imply I was intoxicated? I had my first sips before even getting rest of the meal and was ‘kicked out’
I leave it rest with the people. As for the owner, empathy or not jumping to conclusions is a sign of emotional intelligence. Sarcasm and implying stuff to look/feel ‘right’ is not. Wish...
Read moreI was really looking forward to eating here, but unfortunately, the terrible service completely ruined what could have been a great dining experience. From the moment we sat down, our waiter was rude and dismissive. He barely acknowledged us, acted like we were inconveniencing him just by being there, and had a bad attitude the entire time. Things escalated when we had a simple question about our order, and instead of handling it professionally, he actually started arguing with us! It was shocking and honestly made us so uncomfortable that we almost wanted to leave.
The most frustrating part is that the food was actually really good. Everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared. You can tell that the kitchen staff knows what they’re doing, and under different circumstances, I would have loved to come back. But with service like this, it’s just not worth it.
It’s a real shame because this place has so much potential. If management addressed the serious customer service issues, it could easily be a go-to spot for great Mexican food. But until they do, I don’t think I’ll be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values...
Read moreProbably the best Mexican on town.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Morgan's Taqueria Mexican Food, and I must say, it was an exceptional.
Firstly, let's talk about the beer selection. Morgan's offers a delightful variety of beers, each one bursting with flavor and perfectly complementing the hearty Mexican dishes on the menu.
Now, onto the main event - the burritos. I opted for both the chicken and beef burritos, and I was blown away by the quality and taste of each bite. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, while the beef was juicy and packed with flavor. The burritos were generously stuffed with fresh ingredients and wrapped in warm, soft tortillas.
Lastly, I have to commend the exceptional service at Morgan's. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Overall, Morgan's Taqueria Mexican Food exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I'll definitely be returning soon! Have to taste the...
