It’s a shame. I live nearby and been here many times. Tonight, I Experienced bad service with rude attitude. And it makes me feel worse because comparing to the 5 guys in front of me they were having a good time like a party and they tried everything even when not asking for it but the worker(a guy) insisted they should try and say tranquil toma toma. Finally my turn after all these flirting with the 5 guys in front of me! While in my case, extremely rude and annoyed when I asked for a taste, it was very rude and he gave me a look of anger and he sighed and even gave me a wrong one and when I order I said I want the two flavors i just tried and then he gave me wrong ones and I said that’s not Lemon and ginger, he said yeh that’s mango. I said but I asked to try lemon and ginger. He again gave me angry look and said : try it. I said never mind. Just give me the mango then. That’s the story. Ok I get it. I am Chinese. We walked here after dinner to grab dessert. The matcha is the best i've tasted in Europe so far, and as a matcha lover i've tried a lot. As soon as I tried it, I knew I had to get it. The dark chocolate was a really good recommendation - it was not too sweet and just the right amount of bitterness too. The service was top notch from the gentleman behind the counter. Very rich in flavor, thick and creamy like old fashion ice creams. I had mango and caramel with something. My lady took strawberry and pistachios. Really good!
