What an ongoing disappointment! Been here a few times and return because it’s a good price but at this stage no good price can qualify for the massive mess that is Rainbow Buffet. From the reservations which are an hour behind schedule to the horrendously rude service this place is a crumbling mess. When you come in expect to be sat on the same table next to strangers - not a good start unless that’s your sort of thing. Then you’re ordered to complete your order within an hour - that can be tolerated to a certain extent but you need quick service to get this done. The fun starts when trying to make an order turns into Frodo’s quest to destroy the one true ring... one hell of an ordeal. Once you manage to get that done you’re basically half way shoving a piece of sushi down your throat when the bill is thrown on your table and the next customers are pulling your from your seat. Bye bye Rainbow, your shenanigans aren’t worth the...
Read moreI visited the restaurant last Friday. I was walking around (tourism) with a friend the neighborhood early. I spotted and asked if there was a table available. I was extremely rudely attended. They asked if I had a reservation. They looked me up and down for not being well dressed. I was wearing shorts. In a bad english they said that there was a table on the sidewalk. There I was very waiting to be attended. The only man who speaks English came (actually very nice). The others only spoke in Chinese and smoke near of the table like don't care. When the food came, they asked to make the advance payment. After that not all options and repetitions came and they disappeared. I kept calling the waiter inside the restaurant and after ten minutes the someone speaking chinese appeared. The food is great, price ok, but the service...
Read moreVery delicious! We wanted to go there on Monday, but it turned out to be closed, so we went the next day for dinner. We opted for the buffet which is less than 20 euros per person and you can eat as much as you want. The food was super tasty and the staff very friendly, giving advice on what to order. To order a meal, you write down on a piece of paper the number in front of each dish on the menu. We had a ramen, sushi, sashimi, tempura, edamame, noodles, skewers and more… everything was very tasty! The restaurant is clean and very correct towards its customers. On the table, there is a piece of paper on which it is written if you don’t finish your meals, you will have to pay 2 euros extra. Personally, I think that this is a good way to avoid throwing food, and one doesn’t order more than he/she can eat! We highly...
