We recently moved to BCN last year and have been on the search for our go-to comfort ramen....UNTIL NOW! Such tender chashu pork and flavorful broth...My partner got the Picante and i ordered the Miso and they were both flavorful and delicious....And the tempura - did i mention the delicious tempura? Finally finding someone in BCN that still makes it old school - individual pieces with lots of veggies: broccoli, squash, carrots, onions and zucchini, each a delicious piece of veggie crunch. (Most restaurants in BCN just tempura fry two kinds of veggies, tiny sticks of carrots and zucchini, and they smush them together into in a hot oil veggie ball of wet tempura mush.) Read moreTHE best ramen I've ever had. Period. These guys make their own broth, they make their own noodles, the are incredibly nice, and they also happen to have pretty good beer! When I had my first bite I told my partner: hey, these noodles are different, no? Never had noodles with such consistency and taste. When I paid the tab later on (which BTW, price is also very fair) I told the lady that the noodles were quite different.
