I stopped by Bouquet Restaurant in Barcelona for dinner recently. Overall, I’d give the food 8/10: Iberico Croquette: 7.8/10: A bit too strong/salty for me. Unfortunately not recommendable at all. The Service was unacceptable unfriendly. We started with drinks and coffee and the Service person forced us to order a meal after we received our drinks. We ordered a meal which was unfortunately not good at all, the coffee was too hot, that’s why burned. Thus it tasted not good at all. We asked the Service for a Menu, but didn’t receive it. En primer lugar, soy partidaria que por más bonito que esté un lugar presentado, lo más importante es la atención y la educación. Fuimos atendidos por una camarera el jueves 31 , cuya inicial es una N (lo pudimos ver en su collar) . La cual a la hora de tomarnos el pedido, nos habló de muy mala manera y ante la gran sorpresa ante dicho trato de uno de los comensales, comenzó a discutir y nos dejó de atender. Mirándonos mal en todo momento y haciendo cambio de miradas con sus compañeras (sin un mínimo de disimulo, cual niña inmadura) Este hecho asume una gran falta de respeto, hacia una familia que lo único que quería era comer tranquilamente y que sorprendentemente fue sorprendida por este tipo de gente que no está capacitada para estar en atención al cliente, fue realmente una muy mala experiencia que refleja una muy mala educación y madurez por sobre todas las cosas, por parte de la chica.
