Restaurant Green's — Restaurant in Barcelona

My recent dining experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, the lack of warmth and hospitality from the server outside was palpable, setting an unwelcoming tone for the evening. Despite another server attempting to assist, his efforts were abruptly halted as he was called inside, leaving me feeling overlooked and disregarded.

While the food itself was passable, it failed to deliver the wow factor I had hoped for. The dishes lacked the creativity and finesse expected from this restaurant.

To compound matters, the service throughout the meal was slow and disjointed. I found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my bill, prompting me to take matters into my own hands and approach the counter. To my dismay, I discovered an erroneous charge for a drink I had not ordered, adding further frustration to an already disappointing...

Very bad service!!! Do not come here!

1. They spilled drinks on the head of my kid, me and wife and even did not apologize about it and didn't make any discounts or free coffee at least. I asked servant then barmen then manager, so manager said it is just an accident and there will not be any consolation bonus or compliment. I felt at that moment like this manager spits in my face... You can find them on the photos.

2. Also, there is no option to preorder food while you are still waiting for a table, you do no exist for them.

What a difference a few weeks make. In December 2021 we had a very good meal. Tonight, a few weeks later Feb 2022, what a difference and not a good one. The chef was totally incompetent. Mostly a horrible meal and expensive at that.Avoid their fries, avoid too the patatas bravas and the vegan burger, all oily, soggy and microwaved. The burger had to be the most revolting and at 12.55 euros, very expensive. The chef (if he is a chef) must know he is serving up rubbish food, but he cares not, he is not the owner.
